The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead welcomes group visits and has been awarded 'Coach Friendly Status' by the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT).
We are also a member of UKinbound, the leading travel trade association and the only one which focuses solely on the interests of the UK's inbound tourism sector.
With so much to see and do in Windsor and the Royal Borough, why limit your visit to just one day?
Why not extend your trip and include a relaxing overnight stay as part of your group’s itinerary?
We work with a large range of accommodation, from five-star hotels to cosy and comfortable bed and breakfasts.
Many of our group-friendly accommodation establishments will offer competitive and attractive group rates.
The borough is pretty compact so if you are prepared to stay slightly out of the town centres you will find that out-of-town hotels can offer you very attractive group room rates.
The guide prices below are based on standard room rates rather than group rates so please contact the accommodation directly for their group prices or get in touch with the Royal Windsor Information Centre where our friendly assistants, with their knowledge of the local accommodation stock, will be happy to advise you.
You’ll see plenty of well-known hotel groups in our patch including Marriott, De Vere, Dorchester Collection, Holiday Inn and Macdonald Hotels.
We also have hotels offering more boutique-type accommodation for your group.
Take a look at the list below, read their property descriptions or get in touch with the Royal Windsor Information Centre where our friendly assistants, with their knowledge of the local accommodation stock, will be happy to advise you.
Check on-site coach parking arrangements with the individual group accommodation or ask their advice on the nearest coach parking facilities to their property.
Windsor Coach Park on Alma Road offers a pay and display surface parking area for coaches and has 74 spaces.
Browse our list of group-friendly places to stay below to find out more about the properties available.
Or if you need more detailed advice about your group’s visit, please get in touch with the Royal Windsor Information Centre windsor.accommodation@rbwm.gov.uk, tel: 01753 743907.
