Ascot Racecourse

Ditton Manor Auditorium
From small board meetings to large-scale conferences, Ditton Manor offers over 11,000 square feet of flexible and high-tech event space across the venue. Conveniently located on the M4 Corridor, Ditton Manor offers an unbeatable location with modern amenities and expert event staff to make sure your event runs flawlessly. The venue has a prime location near Heathrow Airport, an expansive 55 Acres for team building and events and 15 modern meeting rooms with fantastic views.

Fairmont Windsor Park Lavender Room
A statement venue with glorious grounds, the Fairmont Windsor Park caters for large events of up to 500 for a banqueting event or 700 seated theatre-style. This 5-star hotel offers 15 elegantly designed meeting rooms where you can stimulate thought, discussion and creativity. De Vere Beaumont Estate Hampton Suite
De Vere Beaumont Estate boasts 47 diverse meeting spaces, each designed to cater to a range of event needs. The Castle Hotel Windsor
Set in the heart of Windsor, only a minute from Windsor Castle, The Castle Hotel Windsor offers 10 meeting and banqueting rooms catering for up to 400 delegates. Royal Holloway Founders Dining Hall
The Royal Holloway, University of London venue offers a wide range of flexible, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, many of which include exhibition, break-out and networking spaces alongside the main meeting room. During student vacations, the venue has an excellent selection of over 2,500 en-suite and standard bedrooms, all conveniently located near to the meeting and catering facilities. Royal Windsor Racecourse
Set in beautiful countryside on its very own island surrounded by the River Thames, Royal Windsor Racecourse makes a unique venue. The racecourse offers 165 acres of outdoor space and 1,000m2 of indoor space to make use of. A number of event spaces have a view of the race track for an added unique touch, giving the perfect backdrop for conferences and parties alike.
